Returns
You can return an item within 30 days of delivery if it is unused and in its original packaging.
Contact us before sending anything back so we can give you return instructions.
Return shipping
You pay the cost of shipping a return, unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item. In those cases we cover it.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us with your order number and a photo. We will replace the item or refund it.
Mushroom kits
Mushroom kits contain a live culture, so they cannot be returned for a change of mind.
If a mushroom kit arrives in bad condition, report it within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will replace it.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to the original PayPal payment. Shipping is refunded only when the return is due to our error.
It can take a few days for the refund to show in your account, depending on PayPal and your bank.
