BREEDTECH has extensive internal research, breeding programs, and development initiatives. We are concerned that if you share an idea with us, it may be similar to something we have already developed or are currently developing. This could lead to disagreements, and we want to avoid that entirely.

1. Unsolicited Ideas Policy

BREEDTECH and its officers, employees, contractors, and agents do not accept or consider unsolicited ideas, suggestions, proposals, comments, or materials, including but not limited to ideas for new or improved products, services, technologies, genetic strains, breeding methodologies, product enhancements, processes, materials, marketing plans, or product names (collectively, “Submissions”).

(e) You waive any claims against BREEDTECH related to the Submissions, including any claim that BREEDTECH’s use of the Submissions violates any of your rights, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, moral rights, privacy rights, rights of publicity, or rights to compensation or credit.

4. Feedback on Existing Products and Services

While we cannot accept unsolicited ideas, BREEDTECH always welcomes feedback on our existing business, products, and services. If you wish to provide feedback, we kindly request that you provide only specific feedback regarding our existing products, services, genetics catalog, and breeding programs currently available through our Site. Please do not include any ideas, suggestions, or proposals that this policy prohibits.

5. Protecting Our Innovation

BREEDTECH invests significantly in research, development, and innovation in the field of cannabis genetics and breeding. Our breeding programs, genetic libraries, and proprietary methodologies represent years of dedicated work.
